Psychotherapist

Meet Marquita Adams, your go-to therapist for clients aged ten and up! Focusing on anxiety, life transitions, depression, substance use, and self-esteem, Marquita uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring sessions to meet specific needs and overall goals. Haevin approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and genuine connection. She enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

She supports clients experiencing anxiety, self-worth challenges, and relationship or heartbreak concerns through a person-centered approach—helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

Leah Tolbert, LPC-MHSP(t)

Psychotherapist

Chloe Bilak, Client Experience

Coordinator

Chloe Bilak graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Global Public Health. During college, she worked for four years as an office assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, developing strong skills in organization and client support. She currently works in a primary school in the Caribbean, supporting English literacy and social-emotional learning. She is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive spaces where individuals feel empowered in their wellness journey.

Sophie Brownlee, Graduate-Level

Intern

Meet Sophie Brownlee! Sophie approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection. She is a graduate-level intern completing her clinical training at Vanderbilt University.

 

Sophie enjoys working with women and couples supporting concerns that include life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, disordered eating and relationship challenges through an integrative approach including CBT, EFT, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices.
