Break Before You BREAK

Burnout is real! We often try to push through when we need a break. Much of the time we feel like we can't stop and we push ourselves close to a breaking point. Break Before you Break is all about identifying signs of burnout, implementing self care, and taking breaks to regroup. Join us as we discuss taking better care of ourselves while experiencing the challenges of life.

Schooling the Mindset

At Smith Behavioral Health and Wellness, we believe in empowering individuals to manage their mental health and well-being. As the spring semester quickly approaches, we are excited to offer a mental health workshop for college students that focuses on building healthy habits and coping mechanisms. Our experienced and compassionate staff will guide participants through a range of topics including stress management, mindfulness techniques, and helpful resources.

Making Space for Grief: A Small Grief Processing Group

Join us for an online event that aims to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals who are navigating the complex emotions of grief. Whether you have experienced a recent loss or are still processing past grief, this group offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand and can empathize with your journey.
